All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
1. These terms
These terms form the agreement between you and PureChain Peptides LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at 2222 W. Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and ordering for legitimate laboratory research. By ordering you represent that you are qualified by training and experience to handle research chemicals safely, and that the compound you are buying may lawfully be possessed and used for research where you are.
We sell to researchers, laboratories and institutions. We do not sell for personal use, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including one that appears to be for consumption rather than research.
3. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, and nothing we sell has been evaluated by the FDA. No statement anywhere on this site is a claim of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals. The full conditions are in the research use agreement, which forms part of these terms.
4. Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept it, which is when we dispatch. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax where tax applies. Volume pricing is applied automatically at checkout.
We correct pricing and stock errors when we find them. If a price is materially wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel — we will not quietly charge a different figure than the one shown.
5. Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are captured directly by a PCI-compliant tokenisation vendor and never reach our servers: we hold a token, a card brand and the last four digits, and nothing else. We cannot see or store a full card number or security code.
Where we accept a transfer by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, the order ships once the transfer clears and is confirmed by hand. Until then it is not paid.
6. Delivery and risk
We ship to all fifty US states and nowhere else. Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day leave our Tampa, Florida fulfilment centre the same day; later orders, weekends and federal holidays go the next business day. Delivery is typically three to five business days in the continental US.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery. A parcel stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery is not our responsibility, so use an address where someone can receive it.
We ship to the address given at checkout and cannot reroute a parcel once a label exists. Orders returned as undeliverable are refunded less the return cost.
7. Damage, loss and claims
Report anything damaged, missing, defective or incorrect within five days of the delivery date, with your order number. Keep the vial, the packaging and the shipping label until the claim is reviewed, and send clear photographs of all of it. That five-day window is what the carrier claim depends on; a later report may leave us unable to recover anything on your behalf.
We replace or refund a wrong item, a damaged arrival, or a parcel the carrier confirms lost, and we cover return postage where the error is ours.
8. Returns and cancellation
- Unopened vials in original condition can be returned within 30 days.
- Opened vials cannot be returned. Once material leaves our control we cannot verify how it was stored, and reselling material with an unknown chain of custody is not something we will do.
- A lot that fails to match its Certificate of Analysis is refunded in full regardless of whether it has been opened.
- An order can be cancelled any time before dispatch. After dispatch it follows the returns rules above.
9. Communications consent
Placing an order lets us email you about that order — confirmation, dispatch, tracking and delivery. Those are transactional messages and are not marketing.
Marketing email and text messages are separate and optional. If you give us a phone number for stock alerts or order updates, you agree to receive automated text messages at that number for the purpose you signed up for. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Agreeing to stock alerts for one compound does not sign you up for marketing.
10. Intellectual property
The PureChain Peptides name, logo, site design, photography and written content are ours and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Compound names, third-party laboratory names and any trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners; we use them only to describe what we sell and who tested it, and we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by any of them.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload this site, scrape it at volume, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access or refuse service for any of these.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are supplied "as is" for research. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product it concerns.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use, handling, storage, resale or disposal of anything you buy from us, or from your breach of these terms — including any use of a product in or on a human or animal.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
15. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Ingham County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
