Products supplied by PureChain Peptides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified persons in an appropriate facility. They have not been evaluated by the FDA or any comparable authority, and no statement made by us should be read as a claim of safety or efficacy for any use.
Nothing we sell is a drug, a dietary supplement, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring the product for legitimate scientific research, and that you are qualified by training and experience to handle research chemicals safely.
You also represent that the compound may lawfully be possessed and used for research where you are. Rules differ by state and by compound, and confirming that is your responsibility, not ours.
3. Prohibited uses
- Human or veterinary consumption, injection, inhalation or topical application.
- Use in or on food, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices.
- Diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind.
- Administration to any living subject, human or animal, outside an approved research protocol.
- Resale, repackaging or redistribution without our written agreement.
These are conditions of sale, not suggestions. Buying from us on any other basis is a breach of this agreement.
4. Your handling obligations
You are responsible for handling, storing, labelling and disposing of these compounds safely and lawfully, including any applicable workplace safety and hazardous waste rules. You are responsible for assessing the hazards of any material before you work with it.
5. Certificates of analysis
Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory — Janoshik Analytical or Kovera Labs — for identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, net content against label claim, heavy metals, bacterial endotoxin and fentanyl presence. The certificate for your lot is available on request: send the batch number from your vial to info@purechainpeps.com.
PureChain Peptides sources its research compounds from a partner manufacturing and fulfilment facility. Certificates are issued by the testing laboratory and name that partner as the submitting party. The lot, the laboratory, the methods and the results are those of the material supplied to you. Physical details recorded on a certificate, such as cap colour, describe the vial the laboratory received rather than the PureChain-labelled vial filled from the same lot.
A certificate describes the lot it was issued for. It is not a warranty of suitability for any particular experiment, which only you can determine.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of these materials, including institutional and licensing requirements. If you are unsure whether you may lawfully receive a compound, do not order it.
7. Limitation of liability
Products are supplied "as is" for research. To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product outside the terms of this agreement.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your use, handling, storage, resale or disposal of a product, or from any use of it in or on a human or animal.
9. Refusal of sale
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and we will do so where an order appears to be for consumption rather than research, where an address is flagged for fraud, or where a compound cannot lawfully be sent to the destination. A refused order is refunded in full.
