Where we ship
All 50 US states. We do not ship outside the United States, and checkout will only accept a US address.
Why not
Research compounds crossing a border pick up customs review, import-permit requirements and seizure risk that vary by country and change without notice. A parcel held or destroyed at a frontier is a bad outcome for you and an unrecoverable one for us, so we would rather not take the order than take it and fail to deliver.
If you are outside the US
Do not place an order to a freight forwarder or a US reshipping address expecting it to reach you. Once a parcel is delivered to the US address you gave us, our responsibility for it ends — anything that happens on the onward leg, including a customs seizure, is not something we can refund.
