Where we ship
All 50 US states. We do not ship internationally — see the international shipping policy for why.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day leave our Tampa, Florida fulfilment centre the same day. Orders after that, at a weekend, or on a US federal holiday go out on the next business day. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is created.
Carriers and timing
- UPS and USPS. Most orders travel UPS Ground; USPS Priority is used where it serves the destination better.
- Typical delivery is three to five business days within the continental United States.
- APO and FPO addresses are served by USPS Priority and take longer.
- Every shipment is tracked end to end.
Cost
- Free priority shipping on orders over $250.
- A flat $9.95 below that — never calculated by weight, never a surprise at the last step.
- Members ship free at any order value.
- Shipment protection is included at no cost.
Packaging
Plain, unmarked outer boxes: no company branding, no compound names, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. Inner packaging is impact-protected. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the length of a standard ground transit, so most orders need no cold chain; heat-sensitive material travels with ice packs and an insulated liner at no extra cost.
PO boxes
We cannot ship cold-chain items to a PO box — UPS does not deliver those services there. Give a street address if your order includes anything temperature-sensitive.
If something goes wrong
Report anything damaged, missing, defective or incorrect within five days of the delivery date, with your order number. Keep the vial, the packaging and the shipping label until the claim is reviewed, and send clear photographs of all of it — that five-day window is what the carrier claim depends on, so a late report can leave us unable to recover anything for you. If tracking stops updating for more than five business days, tell us and we will chase it.
After delivery
Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for securing the parcel passes to you. A package stolen from a doorstep after a confirmed delivery is generally not refundable, so use an address where someone can take it in.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once a label is created, so check it before paying. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the return cost.
