1. The program
Program name: PureChain Alerts.
PureChain Peptides LLC sends automated text messages to customers who ask for them. Messages cover order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, restock notices for compounds you asked to be told about, and occasional offers.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without giving us a phone number, and you can stop the messages at any time without affecting your account or any order.
2. How you opt in
There are two places to opt in, and each collects its own consent. Neither is pre-checked and neither is required.

Both surfaces sit behind the age confirmation screen required for research-use-only products, so you will have confirmed you are 21 or older before either is shown to you.
3. What we send, and how often
- Order confirmation — one message when an order is placed.
- Shipping notification — one message when it ships, with tracking.
- Delivery follow-up — at most one message after delivery.
- Restock alert — one message per compound you asked about, when it returns.
- Offers — infrequent, and only if you opted in at checkout.
Message frequency varies: typically two to four messages per order, plus occasional restock or offer notices. We do not send recurring scheduled campaigns.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us and the messages end. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP to any message for contact information. You can also email info@purechainpeps.com or call (231) 668-4416 and we will remove your number.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an order or close your account, and it does not stop order emails.
6. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
